What can I bring for my dog when he is boarding?

All dogs must have their own food upon check-in. Please prepare each meal serving size in a separate bag or container with your dog’s name on it. Do not bring your own bowls. We have our own that go through an industrial sanitizer after every feeding. If your dog requires a slow feeder though or any other special feeding device for medical reasons, those are allowed and need to be provided by the owners. Please notify a staff member when making your reservation.

Each kennel is equipped with a complementary raised cot style bed called a Kuranda Bed. If you wish to provide your dog with toys, blankets or beds from home we are happy to accommodate but caution that items can become wet or chewed when in a kennel environment. Dogs for Better Lives is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left with your pet
